Free Guitar Lessons with Jimmy Eat World

“My Guilty Pleasure” by Jimmy Eat World is the latest collaboration between the world-famous singer and song writer, Jimmy Eat World. Unlike many of his past albums which were more guitar oriented, “My Guilt Pleasure” is an eclectic collection of songs that features both the guitar and the voice talent of Jimmy Eat World along with the pop/rock sound of The Omen. Jimmy Eat World reunited with their long time friend and band mate, John Martinello for this CD, and it features some of Jimmy’s best work. The album includes a number one hit, “Cocaine”, as well as newer songs like “I’m A Believer”, “Higgs Boson Blues”, “Reelin’ In My Heart”, and the acoustic version of “I’m A Believer”. The only bad thing about “My Guilt Pleasure” is that it doesn’t have the bonus track that comes with most albums, but that’s not much of a problem as the other songs just as shine. Regardless, the quality of the music is still excellent and I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes Jimmy Eat World, but who is not necessarily a fan of his band.

If you’re looking for some great Jimmy Eat World fan art, you’ll definitely want to check out the “My Guilt Pleasure” page on Facebook. There are several great drawings and pictures posted that feature the band and their songs. The good side to all of this is that there’s also a free download available from the page.

Jimmy Eat World has always been known for their guitar work. It’s obvious in their early days of creating music that they are very talented. Their earliest songs, “We’re Only In It For The Cash” and “Reelin’ In My Heart” featuring Martinello on lead guitar are among my favorites. While those songs may not have been very popular at the time, they still manage to remain highly ranked in the music industry. “Reelin’ In My Heart” was also produced by two other great guitarists, Mark King and Charlie Wheat.

If you prefer to hear Jimmy Eat World right alongside your favorite artists, “Reelin’ In My Heart” actually was recorded by another legendary artist, Rob Bailey. That song remains a favorite even today due to its powerful tone and soulful lyrics. You’ll be able to find more Jimmy Eat World music online as well. If you’re a true fan, you need to get your hands on whatever albums are available first.

Jimmy Eat World is one of the best kept secrets of the 90s. They had such a unique sound that it was hard to not be mesmerized by it. Although there are several bands that are considered “similar” to JEHC, nothing compares to Jimmy Eat World. They had a sense of humor that I can only compare to a Mothers Club member. They always performed live to a packed house and never went away from their fans.

Jimmy Eat World is responsible for some of the most popular songs of all time. They had a style that people loved, a unique sound that only they knew about, and were fun to be around. With over twenty years of playing on the guitar, and countless gigs behind their music, it’s no wonder why you’d need free guitar lessons to get your own Jimmy Eat World CD collection.
